A grand entrance without overspending
A generous exposed aggregate entrance and parking area by the house makes a huge difference to how a property looks and feels. On acreage we often pair it with a well-built crushed-rock driveway further out, so your money goes where you see it and use it most.
Shed aprons, paths and turning areas
Acreage usually needs more than a driveway: an apron in front of the shed, a turning area for trailers and floats, paths between the house and outbuildings. We pour them on a reinforced, properly compacted base so they last as long as the driveway does.
Planned for wet winters
Lower ground around Launching Place and Don Valley can stay wet right through winter. We dig out soft material, build up a compacted base and set the falls so water runs away from the house, sheds and driveway.

Driveway questions from Launching Place homeowners
Can you concrete just the area near the house?
Yes, and on acreage it's often the smartest option. We'll build the entrance and parking areas in concrete or exposed aggregate and leave the long run in gravel, or price the whole driveway so you can compare.
Do you pour shed aprons and turning areas?
Yes — aprons, turning circles and hardstand areas, reinforced for the vehicles that will use them.
Do you service Don Valley and Hoddles Creek?
Yes. Both are covered from our Warburton base, along with Launching Place itself.
