From gravel and cracked concrete to a driveway that lasts
Plenty of Millgrove driveways are still loose gravel, or old concrete that has cracked and lifted over the years. Gravel washes out on slopes in heavy rain and gets tracked into the house; tired concrete becomes a trip hazard and drags down the look of the whole property.
We remove what's there, rebuild the base properly and pour a new driveway in plain, coloured or exposed aggregate concrete. If budget is a factor, we can start with the section by the house and the parking area and extend it later.
Paths, patios and smaller jobs welcome
Not every job is a full driveway. We regularly quote front paths, side paths, patio areas and paving around homes, and smaller work gets the same care with the base and the finish as a big job.
With the rail trail running through town and our base five minutes up the road, site visits and quotes in Millgrove are quick and easy to arrange.

Driveway questions from Millgrove homeowners
Can you replace my gravel driveway with concrete?
Yes. We remove the loose gravel, excavate and compact a proper crushed-rock base, then pour a reinforced concrete or exposed aggregate driveway with falls that move water away from the house.
How long does a new driveway take?
Most residential driveways take a few days to build, plus curing time before you drive on them. Because we're local, it's easier to schedule around the weather and your access.
Will you quote on a small path or patio?
Absolutely. Give us a call — small jobs are welcome and we're only a few minutes away.
